Sweet Potato Bread​

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 cup of water
  • 3 1⁄2 cups of plain flour
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup Crisco oil
  • 2 cups of mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup of raisins
  • 1 cup of nuts (chopped)

Directions:

  • Mix all ingredients well and pour into a 4- one pound loaf pans
  • Bake 1 hour at 325 def F
