Ingredients:
- 3 cups of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 cup of water
- 3 1⁄2 cups of plain flour
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup Crisco oil
- 2 cups of mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 cup of raisins
- 1 cup of nuts (chopped)
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients well and pour into a 4- one pound loaf pans
- Bake 1 hour at 325 def F
