Sugar-Free Cheesecake​

Fridge Time: 2 hrs+

Ingredients:

  • Graham cracker pie shell
  • 2 8 ounce bricks of cream cheese
  • 1 cup of sugar or 1⁄2 cup of Splenda
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 1/2 container of whip cream
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla
  • Your choice of topping

Directions:

  • Take the cream cheese out a couple hours prior so it will soften
  • Place the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a mixing bowl
  • Mix until all combined
  • Add sour cream, mix again
  • Place ingredients in graham cracker shell
  • Add any extra wanted toppings
  • Put pie in fridge or freezer for a few hours
