Potato Salad

Yield: 8 Servings

Prep Time: 15 min

Cook Time: None

Ingredients:

  • 6 potatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing
  • 1 Tablespoon salt
  • 1/4 cup diced sweet pickles
  • Vinegar to taste
  • Paprika
  • 3-4 dashes of black pepper

Directions:

  • Cube potatoes, add salt
  • Cook until tender
  • Pour off water and cool completely
  • Chop onions and 2 eggs
  • Add salad dressing and vinegar
  • Mix all ingredients together
  • Grate remaining egg and sprinkle over op
  • Also sprinkle paprika
