Turkey Chili

Low-Fat Turkey Chili

Difficulty: Easy

Yield: 4 Servings

Prep Time: 10 min

Cook Time: 4 hrs on low heat / 8 hrs on high

Ingredients:

  • 1lb ground turkey
  • Water
  • 1 packet low sodium chili seasoning
  • 2 cans no-sodium diced tomatoes, well drained
  • 1 can rotel tomatoes, well drained
  • 1 large can of chili beans, well drained
  • 3 cans of hormel turkey chili with beans
  • 1 small diced yellow onion

Directions:

  • Brown 1lb ground turkey
  • After browned, rinse with water.
  • Combine ingredients into a Crockpot
  • Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours
  • Serve with sour cream, cheddar cheese, jalapenos and hot sauce
  • Yummy (but not as healthy) if served with Fritos Scoops chips
