Low-Fat Turkey Chili

Yield: 4 Servings
Prep Time: 10 min
Cook Time: 4 hrs on low heat / 8 hrs on high
Ingredients:
- 1lb ground turkey
- Water
- 1 packet low sodium chili seasoning
- 2 cans no-sodium diced tomatoes, well drained
- 1 can rotel tomatoes, well drained
- 1 large can of chili beans, well drained
- 3 cans of hormel turkey chili with beans
- 1 small diced yellow onion
Directions:
- Brown 1lb ground turkey
- After browned, rinse with water.
- Combine ingredients into a Crockpot
- Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours
- Serve with sour cream, cheddar cheese, jalapenos and hot sauce
- Yummy (but not as healthy) if served with Fritos Scoops chips
