Snacking can be hard. You want to eat something that is going to fill you up, not be just junk food, but you also want it to taste good. Plus chances are you are in a hurry and just want something you can grab and eat right away.
This doesn’t only have to do with you, it is also the kids! Getting something healthy into my son is always the goal when it comes to snacking. And if I can have something that he just thinks tastes good, that happens to be good for him, than I call that a major win! Recipe by Dinners Dishes and Desserts.
Ingredients
- 2 cups vanilla yogurt
- 3/4 cups Dole frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup granola
Instructions
- Mix together yogurt, strawberries and granola.
- Scoop into a mini muffin tin.
- Tap muffin tin against the counter to eliminate any air bubble.
- Freezer for about an hour until solid.
- Remove from the freezer and tap the bottom of the muffin tin to remove yogurt cups.
- Place yogurt cups in a freezer safe bag, and store in freezer until ready to eat.
