Cook Time: 25 min

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of corn bread mix
  • 1/2 cup of cooking oil
  • 1/2 cup cream corn
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Teaspoon. minced onion
  • 1 cup sour cream

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 425 deg F
  • Mix all ingredients together
  • Cook in greased iron skillet at 425 deg F until golden brown
