Seven Layer Salad

Fridge Time: 2 – 24 hrs
Ingredients:
- 1 bag (10 ounces) ready-to-eat mixed salad greens
- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen green peas, thawed
- 3 eggs, hard boiled
- 5 Tablespoons of chopped green onions
- 1/2 package of bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup thinly sliced cucumbers
- 1 1/2 cups Miracle Whip or salad dressing
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- Optional: 2 ounces grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Place salad greens in large salad bowl.
- Layer cucumber, onions, peas, eggs, and cheese on salad greens.
- Spread mayonnaise over cheese, covering top completely and sealing to edge of bowl.
- Sprinkle with bacon.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors but no longer than 12 hours
- Just before serving, toss if desired.
- Store covered in refrigerator.
