She will guide you through the different features, such as the group chat, leaderboard, resources tab, calendar and exercise library. Paige Owen, Wellness Director
Paige Owen is Board Certified in Behavior Analysis and holds multiple certifications including Worksite Wellness Specialist, Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching, Behavior Change, Group Fitness, and Corrective Exercise. Paige’s wellness career started in college when she worked for a private gym as a personal trainer and went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and Psychology. Paige went back to college a second time in her forties and studied behavior assessments, intervention plans, skill acquisition, and interdisciplinary collaboration with other clinicians and practitioners. Paige’s 30+ year career has also included roles in HR, coaching, and recruitment which have amplified her understanding of employee behavior and motivation. Paige is deeply passionate about the impact that health and wellness make inside and outside the workplace. She believes in maintaining a healthy lifestyle on the go, whether it’s through staying active outdoors, eating nutritious foods, or practicing mindfulness. Paige’s journey is all about balancing adventure with well-being. A dedicated mother of three adult children, her love for travel takes her around the world, where she explores new cultures, cuisines, and landscapes. She also volunteers her time with individuals with special needs.
